Adam Stone

Co-founder | Team Lead

Adam Stone wants to impact the world one house at a time. Having grown up in a low-income family, he has worked hard to reinvent his legacy and help others do the same. By banding together with those who share his vision, Adam helps rebuild families, careers, friendships, and communities.

It was architecture that initially led this Orange County native to take an interest in real estate. With a mission to gain an initial understanding of it so he could launch his career with a clear vision, Adam attended three community colleges to study business, marketing, architecture, engineering, and psychology. His versatile studies and subsequent professional experience taught Adam how to identify people’s needs and have made him a true expert in his craft.

Adam began his real estate career in 2015 by locating distressed properties for investors. Since then, he has successfully completed more than 200 transactions for an extensive clientele. Adam has worked with both new and seasoned investors, agents looking for properties for their investor clients, homeowners who are unable to afford their home or find themselves in a time-sensitive situation, and sellers who want to avoid listing their property.

Adam loves to unwind by traveling extensively, the result of having been raised in a family that resided all over the world. Each Thanksgiving, he meets up with many of his relatives to raise money to assemble and distribute care packages for the homeless.
