Brimming with ambition and ready to serve, Crystal Munkhbayar is thrilled to begin her career in real estate. With an open mind and a love for connecting with people, Crystal looks forward to the opportunity to help her clients find their perfect abode.

Crystal has always been fascinated by the real estate industry. She is drawn to the evolving challenges and the endless opportunities to make the experience exciting and rewarding for both her clients and herself. She keeps a constant pulse on the local market and can often be found at open houses or browsing through the latest listings online.

Crystal graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor’s degree in political science. After college, she started her career by working at a law firm, where she learned to groom and polish legal contracts and keep a calm attitude in stressful situations. Crystal’s attention to detail and understanding of contractual language make all the difference in creating an atmosphere of calm and ease for her clients throughout their real estate journey.

In her free time, Crystal enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, traveling, and reading. She loves the outdoors — especially hiking — and has hiked both Mount Whitney and Half Dome. She is delighted to be a part of the elite team at Fair Trade Real Estate.
