Monique Campisi earned an associate degree in social behavior and self-development on her way to a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on human resources from California State University, Fullerton.  

She says, “My degrees have taught me a lot when it comes to understanding people, building important and meaningful connections, conducting myself in a professional manner, as well as business ethics.” Monique has also learned honesty and transparency. She considers them the foundation of meaningful and genuine business relationships.

After college, Monique worked in sales in multiple industries. When the pandemic brought that to a halt, she became a junior loan officer. Meeting several owners of investment properties sparked a growing interest in real estate that culminated in her joining the Fair Trade team.

Monique likes to paint, create art, and explore hiking trails with her dog in her spare time.
